The balance of Pennsylvania’s highest courts is among the stakes for commonwealth residents in the Nov. 7 election.
Voters are asked to select two new Superior Court judges, a new Commonwealth Court judge and a new Supreme Court of Pennsylvania justice. A pair of sitting Superior Court judges are also up for a retention vote.
“It’s very important that people make decisions based on their values and what they’d like to see from their court,” said Kadida Kenner, CEO of the New Pennsylvania Project, a nonprofit that advocates primarily for causes associated with the left.
